My herd of Highland cattle are back again

All my cattle is back from the holiday and we, my best freind and I have them on my properties now. It´s easy to have them all together during the winter. I start with a Cow and a heifer and suddenly we have ten creatures. They eat a lot but I think we have enough with hay to feed nearly all of them. We have to "prepair" some of them for next years BBQ. Have you never ever taste meat from Highland
